Wendy E. Russell
Hephzibah, GA – Wendy E. Russell, 58, entered into rest Sunday, February 21, 2021, at her residence.
Miss Russell, daughter of the late Clara Wright Russell and Ted Russell, was a homemaker and a member of Dallas Heights Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sisters, Rita Phillips (Ed), and Amanda Fredericks (Raymond); her nieces and nephews, Daniel W. Phillips (Amy), Kelly Cash (Johnny), Brandon Fredericks (Rachel), and Krystal McKinnon (Zach); and several great nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, February 27, 2021, at 4:00 PM from Hephzibah-Vance Cemetery, Windsor Spring Road, Hephzibah, GA, with Reverend Billy Carroll officiating.
Family and friends are asked to gather at the graveside. In compliance with the CDC recommendations and state of Georgia mandates due to the ongoing COVID19 pandemic, please observe social distancing guidelines and wear facial masks at all times during the service.
