Michael Francis Andrews
Appling, GA – Michael Francis Andrews, 77, husband of Barbara Hinton, entered into rest Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at his Residence.Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 16, 2022, at 2:00 o’clock, from Hillcrest Memorial Park with Chaplain Mike Sides officiating.
Family and friends will meet at the graveside.
Mr. Andrews, son of the late Gladys Ritch Andrews and Jack C. Andrews, was born in Jesup, GA. He was a Navy Veteran, he retired after 54 years from IBEW Local #1579, he was an avid fisherman winning many awards from tournaments, he was also a member of the River Rats Bass Club.
He was preceded in death by his daughters, Saundra Barton and Micka Leah Andrews; his brother, Jack C. Andrews, Jr.; his sister, Rhonda Andrews.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michele Andrews and Christine Miller; his grandchildren, Megan Beverly, Fred Bearden, Sheena Barton, Jamie Miller, Christopher Miller, Marissa Shaffer, Kyle Kitchens, and Kasey Kitchens, and 6 great grandchildren; his brother, Dean Andrews; his sisters, Dianna Davis (Charles), Debra Andrews, and Vickey Lariscey (Bobby); and his aunt, Pat Kicklighter (Jerrell).

Mike was a life long Friend of over 68 years. I will always remember him and all the great times we had together . We used to always go to Savanna , Ga for St. Patrick Day and always had a great time fishing and partying at Mike and Barbara’s Loung in South Gate . I have Lost a Great Friend and will always miss Him . Love you to Barbara and so Sorry for Your Lost .
