Geraldine N. Videtto
Augusta, GA – Geraldine N. Videtto, 90, wife of the late Marion G. Videtto, entered into rest Wednesday, August 19, 2020, at Kentwood Nursing Home.
Memorial services will be held Monday, August 24, 2020, at 11:00 AM from Burns Memorial United Methodist Church with Reverend John Donaldson officiating.
Mrs. Videtto, daughter of the late Elizabeth Sutton Newsome and Flanders Newsome, was born in Augusta and retired as a service representative from Bellsouth. She was a member of Burns Memorial United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir and was a member of the Fellowship Sunday school class, the Happy Club, and the Red Hatters.
She was preceded in death by her great grandson, Zachary Dwyer.
She is survived by her children, David N. Videtto (Shari), of Augusta, and Kathey VanDina (Thomas), also of Augusta; her grandchildren, Kenny Videtto (Wendy), Allen Holsonbake, Deidra Zimmerman (D.J.), Shellie Lutz (Kyle), and Joshua VanDina (Adrian); her great grandchildren, Savana Swygert, Aiden VanDina, Kennedy and Levi Lutz, Deshan Taylor, Curteara Miller, and Gracie and Preslie Sidener; her great great grandchild, Brantley Dwyer; and her brother, Bill Newsome (Brenda), of Wrens.
