Floy Dixon Carroll
Evans, GA – Floy Dixon Carroll, 96, wife of the late Asa Benjamin Carroll, entered into rest on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at her residence.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021, at 3:00pm from Hillcrest Memorial Park, with Dennis Dixon officiating.
Family and friends are asked to gather at the graveside.
Mrs. Carroll, daughter of the late Fulward Dixon and Jennie Long Dixon, was born in Girard, GA. She and her husband owned and operated several service stations in the Augusta area.
She is survived by her children, Rachel Morris (Richard) of Evans, and Bobby Carroll of Augusta, her grandchildren Tammy Deason (Scott), Susannah Chance, Bobby Carroll Jr., and Candice Shachleford, numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, her siblings Mary Hatcher, Susie Ward, and Ira Dixon, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the cemetery after the service.
