Dawn Love Johnston
Appling, GA – Dawn Love Johnston, 52, wife of O’Neal Johnston, entered into rest on Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at Piedmont of Augusta.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 2:00 o’clock from the chapel of Chance and Hydrick Funeral Directors with Reverend Pat Latta officiating.
Interment to follow in Westover Memorial Park.
Mrs. Johnston, daughter of Susan Dutton McNair and the late James McNair, was born in Augusta, GA.
Mrs. Johnston was a Butler High School graduate, Class of 1990. She loved the outdoors & flowers. She also loved working in her garden. She Loved Colden, he was her heart and soul.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her sons, Kyle Perry and Colden McNair; her stepsons, Casey Johnston (Lauren) and Colin Johnston (Shannon); and her brother, Chad McNair (Christina).
Pallbearers will be Kyle Perry, Andy Johnston, Burk Johnston, Casey Johnston, Colin Johnston, and Sean Hall.
Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to Fleming Baptist Church (general fund), 3027 Peach Orchard Rd, Augusta, GA 30906.
The family will receive friends at 1:00 o’clock until time of service.
