Bobbie Jean Macky
Augusta, GA – Bobbie Jean Macky, 85, wife of the late George Macky, entered into rest Thursday, December 10, 2020, at Augusta University Medical Center.
Private services will be held.
Mrs. Macky, daughter of the late Vera Catherine Hall Sharpe and Milledge Charles Sharpe Sr., was born in Waynesboro, GA, and was a homemaker. She was a member of Crestview Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her siblings M.C. Sharpe, Thomas Sharpe, Mary Alice Quintin, and Donnie Sharpe; and by her son-in-law, Don Bennett.
She is survived by her daughters, Cathy Goodgame (Michael), and Barbara Bennett; her grandson, Chad Bennett; her sister, Joanne Swan; several nieces and nephews; and her fur-baby, Abby.
The family would like to express their gratitude to Alliance Hospice for the Inpatient Hospice care provided. To her nurse, Geri, and music therapist, Sok, thank you for your daily support.
